Duties: |
| This position is a highly visible role, with performance-based incentive compensation and responsibility for all facets of operating a Dental Office. This person will be directly responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and operational execution of the Dental Office, including staff management, treatment coordinating and presentation, patient communications and financial arrangements, and other duties as appropriate. |
Qualifications: |
The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in comparable operational leadership roles, including recent demonstrated success as a leader for a business comparable in size to a My Dentist Dental Office.
The ability to build trust, value and collaborate with others, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, solve problems creatively and operate with integrity are required to be successful in this role.
Must also be an excellent communicator and able to professionally represent the organization both internally and externally.
