Bob Moore Auto Group is seeking an Account Representative for Eldorado Motors. We are a family-owned company, proven by our nearly 50 years in Oklahoma. We represent 16 different franchises including Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Land Rover, Nissan, Porsche, Ford, Dodge, Subaru, Infiniti, Audi, Jeep, Kia, Chrysler, and Mazda. We have 15 locations in OKC Metro, Tulsa, Dallas/Fort Worth, and San Antonio. This ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, will work in a fast paced environment, and be able to multi task. |
Duties: |
- Prioritize and effectively work on individually assigned accounts
- Write-up vehicles for repossession and coordinate with Collection Manager on troubled accounts
- Assist other Account Representatives when needed
- Effectively help customers find solutions that will enable them to cure any deficiency
- Consult with repossession companies and maintain customer files that have been assigned for repossession
- Arrange all field calls
- Answer phone calls
- Print assigned collection pad
- Locate and discuss with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and review the terms of sales, service or credit contracts
- Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment including repossession, small claims, and post-bankruptcy and arrange repayment.
- Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes and verifying insurance.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulation. Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record and store information and to access information to answer general questions as well as those related to specific accounts.
- Hours: Varying schedules Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm, Saturdays 8am-5pm

Qualifications: |
- Knowledge of modern methods and theories of collecting overdue accounts, recovering collateral and skip tracing
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with difficult customers through verbal and written means. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a wide range of individuals. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Ability to adhere to timelines, attendance policies, and schedules. Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and web navigation. Bilingual is preferred.
